Wake up early and at a consistent time
 
The first secret to waking up feeling refreshed is sorting out your sleep schedule. Try to go to sleep at a similar time every night and wake up at the same time.
 
The more you stick to a schedule, the more your body will get used to the motions, so those early morning wake up times won’t always have you feeling so groggy.
 
We also think everyone should wake up a little earlier than they need to, this will give you time to do more with your mornings before work. This way you’ll already feel more productive and won’t have to endure the pre-work rush to get ready.
 
Get your sweat on early in the morning
 
There’s nothing quite like starting off your morning with an awesome session at the gym. Getting your sweat on will kickstart your body, get your brain functioning and release those much-needed endorphins to get you hyped up for the day.
 
You don’t need to go too heavy on the weights if mornings aren’t your thing, anything that gets your heart rate up is a great start.
